SEPLITE® LSC750
SEPLITE® LSC 750 is a weak acid, macroporous, chelating resin with amino phosphonic acid groups.
This structure is good for the chelating with heavy metal ions.
Compared with the chelating resin with amino carboxylic acid groups, resins with amino phosphonic acid groups are much easier to chelate with certain cation ions.
SEPLITE®LSC 750(amino phosphonic acid) is more suitable for purification the second brine during production of membrane caustic soda.
SEPLITE®LSC 710(amino carboxylic acid) is more suitable for removing heavy metal ions, like copper recovery etc.
For SEPLITE® LSC 750(amino phosphonic acid), it enjoys the advantage of below:
-
Superior mechanical and excellent resistance to osmotic shock
Good mechanical strength, low loss, less topping annually, stable Kinetics performance
-
High chelating capacity
High chelating capacity leads to bigger amount of brine treated per cycle
-
More uniform for particle size
Excellent running kinetics during regeneration

SEPLITE® LSC750 Macroporous Chelating Resin Precautions
Resins should be stored in sealed containers or bags where temperature was above 0℃ in dry conditions without exposure to direct sunlight.
Do not mix ion exchange resin with strong oxidizing agents; otherwise it will cause violent reactions.
In case of eyes contact with resins, rinse eyes immediately with plenty of water, and consult a specialist.
Material and samples must be disposed according to local regulations.
Dry polymers will expand when become wetted and may cause an exothermic reaction.
Spilled materials may be slippery.
