SEPLITE® LSF976 Weak base anionic resin for food application
Weak base anionic resin for food application Descriptions
SEPLITE® LSF976 is a food grade, weak basic macroporous anion resin with low strong base groups.
Due to its macroporous structure which enables an excellent adsorption and desorption of acidic and organic substances such as colorants. The resin could be easily desorbed by using caustic soda solution.
It is mainly designed for the food industrial application such as acid removal and decolorization of sugar, gelatin, grape must and etc. The resin is specially designed with low strong base groups and very good mechanical strength during long term operation.
The resins are produced fully in accordance with the FDA (US Food & Drug Administration), also meeting the regulations prescribed under Resolution ResAP (2004) 3 on ion exchange and adsorbent resins used in the processing of foodstuffs.
Please follow our start-up recommendations which is available upon request, when using our products in food applications.
